The 60th Anniversary of the Vintage Motor Club

The Vintage Motor Club celebrated 60 years of vintage motoring in 2014 and extended an invitation to former members, the families of past members and all vintage motoring enthusiasts join us in our celebrations by enjoying vintage motorcars and motoring.

We held a series of specially named 1 and 2 day car rallies
and social events honoring past members who had served the Club, and often the wider vintage car movement, with distinction. For photos from the VMC's 2014 events see our 2014 Photo Gallery.

The 60th Anniversary events included the traditional VMC Anniversary Rally
with an optional navigation and observation rally to some of the special localities and byways that hold unique places in VMC rally history in the Lithgow to Bathurst region, followed by a special Anniversary Dinner at Bathurst in 20th September 2014.

This event was attended by past and present members, some from the earliest days of the Club, guests from other vintage car clubs and a large multi-generation family group representing three of the Founding Members.
