Chrysler USA introduced their Plymouth model Q in 1928 to take on Ford and Chev. With internal expanding hydraulic brakes, aluminium alloy pistons, full pressure engine lubrication and an independent hand-brake Plymouth staked its place solidly in auto sales.

This second year of production Model U has an L Head engine rated at 21.03 hp., 175.4 cu.in . Max speed 65 mph (104kms). Wheelbase 109¾”. Tyre Size: 4.75x20”.
